Saleh Al-Juburi is a senior at University of California, Irvine. He hopes to graduate with a major in Biological Sciences and pursue a future career as a physician. He is passionate about helping people from all backgrounds and providing both meaningful and positive impact in the community. Saleh is deeply involved in research at a Gastroenterology/Physiology lab, as well as participating in clinical volunteering. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, playing sports, and reading.

Jose M. Romero is a senior at the University of California Irvine from Santa Ana, CA and plans to major in Biological Sciences. Jose enjoys playing sports, spending time with family and friends, and conducting research at the Biophysics and Pathophysiology lab he is part of. Jose hopes to eventually become a pathologist who will use his abilities to help accurately diagnose different diseases affecting the lives of many individuals in his community.

Jahaira Pacheco is a senior at the University of California, Irvine pursuing a major in Criminology, Law & Society and minoring in Psychological Sciences. She is very passionate about working with the undocumented immigrant community. She hopes to attend graduate school to continue studying how immigration policies impact mixed-status Latinx families. She is currently interning at the United Farm Workers Foundation for their Removal Defense Project.

Tranjot S. Manku


Tranjot Manku is a senior at the University of California, Irvine from Bakersfield, CA.  He is pursuing a major in Economics. In his free time, Tranjot likes to spend time with his friends and family and enjoys playing soccer. Tranjot is also involved with the Sikh Student Association and believes that spending time volunteering to help the communities inspires others to do the same. He hopes to work with a company that values the community around them and works to better the community around them.  

Ryan Clark is a senior at the University of California, Irvine from Doylestown, PA. He is majoring in biological sciences on a pre-med track. For fun, Ryan spends most of his time making music, playing guitar, or skateboarding. Ryan is currently getting into the medical field, he spends his time shadowing or working with doctors and physicians. He gives back to his community through tutoring and volunteering his time to several organizations.
